• The electronic representation of a disclosure consent form, is expected to conform with Privacy Consent Directive CDA R2 Implementation Guide Normative. The Normative version of this IG replaces the Draft Standard for Trial (DSTU) specification used by DS4P Pilot implementation.
• IT Infrastructure Technical Framework specifies the Document Sharing Metadata referenced in the transport profiles referenced in this IG. the IHE Document Sharing Metadata subject to constraints is detailed in IT Infrastructure Technical Framework Volume (ITI TF-3) Cross-Transaction Specifications and Content Specifications.
• This implementation guide constrains HL7 Implementation Guide: CDA Release 2 – Continuity of Care Document (CCD). This is a CDA-based implementation guide of ASTM E2369-05 Standard Specification for Continuity of Care Record© (CCR) April 01, 2007 available through HL7 .
